In compliance with Articles 13 to 24.2 of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (RGPD) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the Data Controller informs users that it has proceeded to create a profile on the following Social Networks:

Only in the event that you join our page of the Social Networks detailed above, your profile data will be processed by our entity only within the Social Network itself and in no case will it be processed by us outside of it without your prior consent.

As a user, you can access the privacy policies of the Social Network at any time, as well as configure your profile to guarantee the privacy of such data you do not wish to make public. You can also stop following us at any time.

4. Publications

Once you have joined our page and if you deem it appropriate, you may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network, reminding you that, in all cases, you must be the owner of the latter, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the third parties affected.

Any publications on the page, including texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. related to minors, that breach or are susceptible to breaching honour or accepted moral standards, ethics, good taste or propriety, and/or which may infringe upon, violate or compromise intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to an image or any other that goes against the Law are expressly prohibited. In these cases, our entity reserves the right to immediately remove the content, and may request a permanent ban on the user.

Our entity shall not be held responsible for the contents that are freely published by users. You should be aware that your posts will be known to other users, so you are solely responsible for your posts and your privacy.

5. Advertising

Our entity may use the Social Network to advertise, in any case, complying with the requirements of the current applicable Data Protection Regulations and the LSSI-CE.

The fact of recommending our pages to other users so that they can also enjoy promotions or be informed of events or activities of our entity shall not be considered as advertising.

6. Contests and promotions

Our entity reserves the right to carry out competitions and promotions, in which users who wish to participate and who are linked to our website may do so. When the Social Network platform is used to that end, the rules for each of them shall be published therein, always in compliance with the Law or regulations that apply to it.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or manage our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with any of them.

7. Personal data

Our entity, as Data Controller, will carry out the following actions:

8. Your Rights

To exercise your rights you must do so in writing to info@baixens.com enclosing a copy of your ID card or equivalent document to provide us with your identification.

If the person wishing to exercise their rights is under 14 years of age, they may do so through their parents, guardians or legal representative.
